Artista Gourmet wanted to launch a new line of gourmet flavoring sauces that would compete against established premium brands as DaVinci and Ghirardeli. Designed to be a behind-the-counter focal point for higher-end specialty coffee houses, this custom package leverages shape equities from the client’s custom PET syrup bottle (created previously by Studio One Eleven). Its focal point is a “window” near the shoulder that frames the client’s logotype “A” within a molded wax seal, all of which is surrounded by a flurry of “aroma swirls” (also an equity element from the client’s existing branding and the PET bottles).
When displayed as intended as a set of three side-by-side, the packages nest against each other to carve out a rhythmic silhouette against the barrista’s prep wall.
