When the Frank Brunckhorst Company decided that the packaging for their line of deli condiments wasn’t communicating the quality and heritage aspects of the 100 year-old Boar’s Head brand, Studio One Eleven was asked to assist. The outgoing packaging consisted of disparate shapes and materials, each different from the other.
After acquainting itself with Boar’s Head’s branding history and conventions, Studio One Eleven developed a set of visual devices that served to link necessarily different materials via a common theme.
The resulting family of packages is now tied together by a distinctive aesthetic of faceted surfaces and beading details.
In addition to designing the packages, the Studio worked with Berlin Packaging to source the bottles, jars, and closures from its supply base of domestic and foreign partnerships.
